Chief Executive Officer

Keith Nelson, a founding Director of Interocean and a Master Mariner, has over forty years’ experience in the marine and offshore oil and gas industries. Keith began his career in the British Merchant Navy working internationally, subsequently joining the offshore oil and gas industry and fulfilling a variety of managerial roles including Offshore Installation Manager, onshore-based Marine Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager and Chief Operating Officer.

Operations Manager - Survey and Positioning

Will Primavesi, Interocean’s Operations Manager – Survey and Positioning, has over thirty years’ experience in the offshore survey/ subsea industry, operating in both the oil & gas and renewables sectors.  After ten years working offshore on a global basis, Will has spent twenty two years in managerial positions, from Area Surveyor and Chief Surveyor, to Survey Business Manager, based in the UK and also the Middle East and South East Asia.  He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors and served as chairman of the Survey Division of the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) for six years.  Will has extensive experience of survey operations and has been responsible for the establishment of several centres of excellence for survey and positioning services in the UK and South East Asia.

Risk Manager

Janet Brewster has been providing risk management and HSEQ management consultancy services to the offshore oil and gas industry worldwide for over twenty years and has extensive knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of management system requirements, both within the UKCS and worldwide.  This includes but is not limited to, offshore Safety Cases, Hazard Registers, Bow-tie Assessments, Verification Schemes, PFEER Assessments, Competence Management Systems, Emergency Response Plans, HSEQ Management Systems etc.  Degree educated, Janet has achieved NEBOSH Diplomas in Occupational Health and Safety, and Specialist Diploma in Environmental Management, and continues to provide risk management and HSEQ advice and support to the offshore oil and gas industry, in particular with regard to North West European Area and Australian compliance aspects.
